Coaching Philosophy
I have a passion for working with people who are looking for a change, those who think there is more to life, as well as high potential leaders to achieve the results they seek. I believe that people are a work in progress, capable of reinventing themselves and making lasting change.
When working with clients, I utilize a model for accelerating behavior change to allow them to work more effectively within their day-to-day lives or their organizational system. I provide the client a safe and confidential place to explore and discover. My approach focuses on finding the one or two obstacles that are currently holding my clients back from getting the results they seek. With that knowledge we build learning practices and integrate them into the clients day-to-day work activities.
Good ideas and good intentions by themselves will not replace established behaviors. Ultimately, real change comes from practice. Deliberate practice requires conscious attention, continuous feedback and frequent repetition.
