Value Statement

I have 25 years of leadership experience in Fortune 50 organizations.  In that time, I have gained a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and the business world.  I have led both large teams and small teams, owned a P&L, and had the opportunity to partner with and influence leaders at all levels.  Additionally, I have been a Husband and Father for 20+ years.  I have coached youth baseball and hockey for 15 years, and I am a Mentor Coordinator at Church of the Open Door in Maple Grove, where I mentor young men as they are in turn mentoring teens.  Finally, I earned my Executive Coaching Certificate from the University of St. Thomas getting a chance to study and practice with some of the top names in the coaching industry.  All of these experiences have influenced the way I show up as a coach.

•    Ask questions that challenge assumptions and help reframe issues
•    Provide follow-up conversations that foster a sense of accountability
•    Share ideas, tips, tools and resources
•    Help build learning practices to drive positive behavior change
